1. 14-day refund
If you are not happy with MauiWeb, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a licence or of an automatic renewal, for any reason.
2. How to ask
Licences are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Ask for a refund at paddle.net, from the link in your Paddle receipt, or email [email protected] with your order number and we will pass it to Paddle.
3. What happens next
Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank. When an order is refunded, its licence key stops working on its domains.
4. After 14 days
After 14 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and your licence stays valid until the end of the year you paid for.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country.
